I am planning a crawfish/easter egg hunt at my house I need some cute recipes?

I am going to have about 12 to 15 kids and about 8 to 10 adults at my house we are boil crawfish and I am making cupcakes and cookies but need some neat ideas and recipes thanks so much

You know, if you boil crawfish, lots of people boil potatos and corn on the cob along with it and heat up some french bread and have mounds of butter for everything. No need for salad. You got to be from the Gulf coast, so I’m sure you’ve heard of all that. You eat all that, and you eyes be buggin out, cher!

what recipes can I use imitation seafood crab in?

Can I use imitation crab in recipies that call for "shredded lump crab"? Should I use real seafood crab in a can as subtition for shredded lump crab? Any websites I can go to for recipies? Thanks!

No, don’t use imitation crab for shredded lump crab. If you must substitute, then use a can of real crab meat, drained well in place of the shredded lump crab. Imitation crab should be used in place of cooked crab meat. I have a quick & easy cheeseball recepie that is great for parties using the imitation crab.
Take 1 pkg imitation crab & chop coarsely. In mixing bowl take 3/4 pkg ( 8oz) cream cheese @ room temp, 1 pkg finely shredded cheddar – sharp or mild, 1 tbsp worchester sauce & a good sprinkle of dried chives. Mix all together – easiest by hand, then shape into a ball or rectangle. Roll in chopped pecans & serve with assorted crackers. It’s wonderful.

What kind of broth would go well with seafood such as shrimp and crab?

I’m making a seafood ramen, And I want to know what kind of broth would go well with it.

You could use something like bottled clam juice which you could dilute with water if the flavor’s too strong. Julia Child suggested using 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 water for seafood soups/stews as well. If the shrimp that you’re using come with shells, you could also make a shrimp broth by boiling them with chopped vegetables (onions, celery, etc) for about twenty minutes.
