Will I be sick if I start eating seafood?
I’ve been lacto-ovo vegetarian for 2 years, after being vegan for 1. For personal reasons, I’ve decided to reintroduce seafood into my diet. I know that it is difficult for vegans and vegetarians to digest enzymes in meat after a while, but is it the same with seafood? If so, what’s the best way to ease back into eating seafood?
It will probably upset your stomach a bit. I ate a hamburger after being a vegetarian for 5 year and i didn’t throw up or anything. I would start of with just a few bites and work your way up every time you eat fish. And if you just want to go for it take some tums right after you eat, if your worried about that. I normally have a very sensitive stomach and didn’t feel to bad after I ate it, so if you don’t get stomach aces very often you should be fine.

I’m doing a crawdad boil, only can get frozen crawfish: should I worry that all recipes use fresh ones?
Also; frozen ones tend to be par-boiled.
Also, I saw a recomendation to never boil frozen crawfish.
Just defrost the guys for a minute…it wont change them at all and your recipie will be fine. Just make sure you set your microwave to DEFRAUST otherwise they will start to cook. Doing this will return them to room temp and have no effect on their taste. You’ll be good to go.

Do you know meat or seafood truck companies? I want to get in touch with one?
I’m in the MD/DC metro area. I know of a very lucrative place to sell frozen, refrigerated, ready to cook, or even cooked meat and seafood products. I can setup an arrangement with the management company (which owns the lot), so that the sale is completely legit. What are the names of some of the companies that sell meats out of trucks? Thanks
